Créer sa Ginger beer avec des produits Tahiti

Qu’est-ce que la Ginger beer ?

La Ginger beer est une boisson gazeuse au goût piquant et épicé, originaire des Caraïbes. Traditionnellement préparée à partir de racine de gingembre, elle est très appréciée pour sa fraîcheur et ses bienfaits pour la santé.

Recette de la Ginger beer tahitienne

Voici une recette simple pour préparer votre Ginger beer tahitienne :

  1. Épluchez et râpez environ 50g de racine de gingembre frais.
  2. Dans une casserole, portez à ébullition 1 litre d’eau avec le gingembre râpé.
  3. Ajoutez 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre et laissez mijoter pendant 10 minutes.
  4. Retirez du feu et laissez refroidir.
  5. Ajoutez 1 cuillère à soupe de sirop de vanille de Tahiti, le jus de 2 citrons verts de Tahiti, 2 cuillères à soupe de miel de Tahiti et quelques feuilles de menthe de Tahiti.
  6. Mélangez bien et versez dans des bouteilles en verre.
  7. Laissez fermenter pendant 24 à 48 heures à température ambiante.
  8. Une fois fermentée, placez les bouteilles au réfrigérateur avant de déguster votre délicieuse Ginger beer tahitienne.
